We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our expanding design and research team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the creation and enhancement of product experiences for our suite of HR products from initial discovery to concept, detailed designs, and launch. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, marketing teams, and other key cross-functional roles to elevate the user experience for our customers and users.
In addition to addressing challenging design problems, this role presents an opportunity to actively contribute towards shaping the identity, process, and culture of our growing design team. Excellence is expected in both enterprise product experiences as well as consumer products.
Day in The Life
- Lead collaborative efforts with product managers, engineering teams, data analysts and researchers to influence the product vision, roadmap, and objectives
- Partner with user research and data teams to translate insights into impactful design goals including concepts development
- Develop rapid iterations on initial concepts encompassing wireframes and user flows while integrating user research insights along with industry trends
- Spearhead the establishment of a visual system while driving visual craft across the team; own the design system by setting best practices standards across various departments
- Create prototypes along with comprehensive specifications that effectively communicate design solutions across Product Management, Engineering, Marketing teams as well as cross-functional units.
- Contribute towards fostering a collaborative cross-disciplinary design process built on effective communication channels complemented by feedback mechanisms.
- Designing for both mobile platforms (including apps) as well as web-based products
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Human/Computer Interaction or equivalent practical work experience relevant within Web Design/Interactive Design/Graphic Design fields is desired
- Minimum 4+ years hands-on experience designing high traffic multi-user products preferably B2B/SaaS category.
- Proven track record in crafting thoughtful products designed for mobile platforms (apps) alongside web platforms (experience in office collaboration, store management, HR management, chat, etc. is preferred)
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Experience working within agile/lean product development framework or handling multiple projects concurrently within highly collaborative environments
- Extensive work experience collaborating closely with user research/data roles is essential.
- Outstanding written communication skills coupled with excellent verbal communication capabilities backed by strong presentation skills.
- Enthusiasm toward fostering a team-oriented environment characterized by high energy levels matching fast-paced scenarios without compromising creativity & fun elements too!
- Good English skills.
