Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join and help shape a growing design team. You will work closely with Product Managers, UI Designers, and Engineers to design intuitive, high‑impact products within complex domains.
You will play a central role in defining our product design strategy, establishing user‑centered ways of working, and contributing to the evolution of our design system, while ensuring user needs are consistently represented in product decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead user‑centred design activities to solve complex business and product challenges
Research and analyze user needs, goals, and pain points to inform design direction
Translate insights into user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
Partner closely with Product and Business teams to understand domain and requirements
Facilitate and participate in workshops and collaborative design sessions
Clearly articulate research findings and design rationale, explaining trade‑offs and value
Act as the voice of the user, constructively challenging established assumptions
Collaborate with UX and UI Designers to align research, interaction, and visual design
Work closely with Engineers to ensure designs are feasible, well‑implemented, and consistent
Contribute to the definition and evolution of the design system
Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and learning‑oriented team culture
Your skills, experience, and qualifications
5+ years of experience in UX design
Strong expertise in user‑centered design, research methods, and design thinking
Proven ability to design end‑to‑end experiences for complex products
Experience working closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Sketch
Excellent ability to communicate complex design concepts clearly and effectively
Comfortable working in Agile environments and distributed teams
Curious, persistent, and motivated to explore alternative solutions
A portfolio demonstrating both design process and final deliverables
Fluency in English (B2)
Valid EU work permit for non‑EU candidates
