Responsibilities
- Contribute to all stages of the design process from user research to wireframes and shipping the product
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products
- Analyze user feedback and metrics to iterate on designs and improve usability
- Gathering and understanding business objectives and user needs
- Designing user journeys, identifying pain points
- User testing, interviewing and insight gathering, persona creation
- Conducting workshops, representing UX aspects
- Liaising and working with stakeholders, participating in specification and review processes to ensure the best possible user experience
- Professional leadership of product design projects
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to their professional growth
- Collaborate with engineers, leadership, and customer-facing teams to develop design solutions that drive business value and align with strategic objectives
- Be a self-starter and problem solver to facilitate self-identified opportunities in products and services
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX design experience
- Practical knowledge of design thinking methodology
- Passionate about creating seamless user-centric experiences
- User-centered mindset
- Understanding and high level of project insight
- Thorough knowledge of Figma, fluent in its use
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
- Constructive approach
- Knowledge of industry trends, innovative technologies
Nice to have
- AI, 3D, AR, VR design experience
- Experience in branding
- Experience in financial and healthcare sectors
- Experience in Service design
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development
