How you'll spend your time:

UX Design: Lead UX design for new initiatives across the BrightEdge platform, from concept development through interface design and interaction refinement.

AI-Influenced Experience Design: Help shape intuitive and trustworthy experiences in areas where AI, automation, and recommendations are part of the workflow.

Prototyping and Design Development: Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes to communicate ideas, validate concepts, and support rapid iteration. Use AI tools where appropriate to improve speed and efficiency in the design process.

Visual Design: Contribute to the evolution of BrightEdge’s visual design using modern enterprise patterns and thoughtful motion where it improves clarity and usability.

Final Design Execution: Produce clear, detailed design specifications and work closely with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation, using AI where helpful to speed documentation, clarify flows, and reduce repetitive work.

Collaboration and Strategy: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement design strategies that align with business goals and user needs.

User Research: Gain deep insights into BrightEdge customers, validating designs to create experiences that resonate with target users.

Design Systems and Guidelines: Contribute to BrightEdge design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across our product suite.
Mentoring: Mentor junior designers and contribute to the team's growth and knowledge sharing.

We're excited about you if you have:

Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction Design, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in UX design, ideally in SaaS enterprise products.

Proficiency with design and prototyping in Figma or an equivalent design tool.

Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design processes, and methodologies.

Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

A portfolio highlighting relevant work in UX design and visual design
