Senior UX Designer (12 month fixed term)

Job Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on UX designer who cares deeply about customers and can bring clarity to complex problems. You’ll work closely with product and engineering to deliver simple, useful experiences that help jobseekers and employers succeed.

The role is titled “Senior”, but we welcome strong mid-level designers who are confident in their craft and ready for broader ownership.

The Role

• Work end-to-end on user experience design, from research through to final delivery
• Translate customer needs into practical design solutions
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers
• Advocate for users while balancing business and technical constraints
• Contribute to the broader design practice

So, what we are looking for:

• Mid to senior level UX experience in product environments
• Strong portfolio showing interaction, visual, and research skills
• Comfort with ambiguous problems and ability to work at pace
• User research skills and accessibility knowledge
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams
