About the Job
We’re looking for a seasoned UiPath Automation Developer who has built, deployed, and supported real automation solutions in live environments. This role goes beyond development. You’ll be a technical mentor and internal trainer, helping shape how automation is built, scaled, and taught within the organization. If you enjoy coding, solving business problems, guiding junior developers, and running hands-on training sessions, this role is for you.

Automation Development (Hands-On)

Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end UiPath automation solutions for production environments

Work with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots in real-world use cases

Handle exception management, logging, retries, and performance optimization

Integrate UiPath with APIs, databases, Excel, SAP, web applications, and legacy systems
-
Follow and enforce REFramework, coding standards, and best practices

Support automations post-deployment and troubleshoot production issues
Technical Leadership & Mentoring

Act as a senior technical reference point for the automation team

Review code, provide feedback, and guide developers toward better design and performance

Mentor junior and mid-level developers through pair programming, design reviews, and architecture discussions

Help define automation standards, reusable components, and best practices
Training & Knowledge Sharing

Lead internal technical trainings and workshops (beginner to advanced UiPath topics)

Create or Curate hands-on training material, curriculum, exercises, and real project-based examples

Upskill team members on UiPath features, frameworks, and enterprise automation concepts

Support onboarding of new automation developers
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Work closely with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams

Translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions

Provide realistic effort estimates and technical guidance during project planning
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have
-
6+ years of overall experience with 3+ years of hands-on UiPath development
-
Proven experience delivering production-grade automations in live projects

Orchestrator (queues, assets, triggers, logs)

Exception handling and debugging

Solid knowledge of .NET / VB.NET / C# concepts

Experience mentoring developers or leading technical training sessions

Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to different skill levels
Nice-to-Have

UiPath Advanced / Solution Architect certification

Experience with enterprise RPA environments

Exposure to AI Center, Document Understanding, or attended/unattended bots

Prior experience building internal training programs or CoEs
