Senior UI/UX designer

We are looking for a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join an innovative product team working on a cutting-edge Maritime AI platform. The role focuses on designing user experiences for a new product in the Container Risk Analysis domain. This is a long-term project with a strong emphasis on AI-driven development and collaboration within a highly skilled team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, ideally at a Senior level.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with complex digital products.
• Experience designing web-based platforms and data-driven interfaces.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design.
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and user-centered UI/UX solutions for a complex AI-driven product.
• Collaborate closely with developers, data analysts, and stakeholders to translate product requirements into effective design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web applications.
• Ensure consistency and scalability of design systems across the product.
• Participate in product discovery and contribute to shaping user journeys and experiences.
• Work in a fast-paced, agile environment with a strong focus on innovation and AI tools.

Will be a plus:

• Experience working on AI-driven products or data-heavy platforms.
• Previous experience in startups or building products from scratch.
• Experience collaborating within established teams that have worked together before.
