Senior UI Designer

Role

We are seeking a Senior Designer to lead and elevate our design initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, a strong design aesthetic, and the ability to guide projects from concept to execution. The Senior Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions that align with our brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative:

·       Lead the design process from ideation to final execution across digital and print media.

·       Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.

·       Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to create engaging visuals.

·       Mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior designers, fostering their growth.

·       Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance creativity and efficiency.

·       Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and clients.

·       Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Managing People:

·       Be a Design master, Magnificent mediator, Highly skilled multitasker

·       Collaborate with business, LOS Leader to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirements

·       Serve as an inspiring role model for all members of the Design team

·       Work closely with Art Directors, Marketing LOS Leader, and board members, etc.
