Senior Treasury Manager

Why this role exists:

This role exists to run daily treasury operations, ensure reliable cash management and payment execution, and support financial stability through accurate reporting and compliance.

What you’ll drive:

Treasury operations

• Run daily cash management, payment processing, and transaction monitoring in line with internal policies.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of payments and resolve payment-related issues with banks and partners.

Cash flow & analysis

• Monitor daily cash positions and support preparation and analysis of cash flow forecasts.
• Prepare treasury reports and financial analysis to support liquidity and operational decisions.

Accounting & documentation

• Control accounting of treasury operations in the 1C system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of documentation for banks, EMIs, and cryptocurrency providers.

Banking & internal coordination

• Maintain operational relationships with banks and EMIs and support onboarding processes.
• Coordinate treasury-related communication with internal finance teams.

Process support

• Support treasury initiatives related to process improvements, systems, and risk management.

What makes you a GR8 fit:

• 3–5 years of experience in treasury management, cash management, or a related finance role.
• Hands-on experience with payment processing, liquidity management, and financial analysis.
• Experience working in a corporate treasury environment, including exposure to investments and banking relations.
• Experience with 1C accounting systems or similar financial software.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• English at B2+ level, plus fluency in Ukrainian or Russian.
