This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.  

This role will require commuting into NYC regularly (1-2 times a month).

This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.

The Senior Treasury Analyst will play a critical role in GoDaddy’s corporate finance and capital allocation strategy. This role supports management of the company’s debt portfolio, intercompany loan program, $3B share repurchase authorization, and derivative hedging portfolio while contributing directly to Audit Committee and Board reporting. You will partner across Treasury, Legal, Tax, FP&A, Accounting, and Investor Relations to execute capital markets activities, design hedging strategies, manage valuations, and ensure strong policy governance.

What you'll get to do...

Debt, Capital Structure & Internal Loan Management

  • Support daily management of GoDaddy’s debt portfolio, including Term Loan A, Term Loan B, and unsecured bonds; assist with refinancing, repricing, and documentation processes.
  • Build and maintain debt models, interest forecasts, covenant and ratings metrics, and long-term capital structure scenarios.
  • Manage the internal / intercompany loan portfolio, including loan setup, interest accruals, amortization schedules, settlements, and compliance with tax and transfer pricing requirements.
  • Evaluate potential issuance of convertible debt and monitor market conditions for pricing, structure, and investor appetite.
  • Conduct market surveillance using Bloomberg and other tools to track credit spreads, SOFR curves, FX rates, and capital markets trends.

Share Repurchase & Equity Capital Management

  • Support execution of GoDaddy's $3B share repurchase program through ASR programs, Rule 10b5-1 plans, and open market repurchases.
  • Prepare analytics including EPS impact, dilution offset, ROIC/IRR, and leverage effects.
  • Track SEC regulatory changes and incorporate into policy governance.

Derivatives, Hedging Strategy & Hedge Accounting

  • Manage derivatives portfolio including interest rate swaps and cross-currency swaps.
  • Support hedge strategy design and execution for interest rate and FX risk mitigation.
  • Prepare derivative valuations (fair value, mark-to-market, scenario modeling).
  • Maintain hedge documentation and support effectiveness testing for Cash Flow, Fair Value, and Net Investment Hedging (ASC 815 compliance).
  • Utilize FIS Quantum TMS for trade capture, valuations, and lifecycle management.

Governance, Policies & Board / Audit Committee Support

  • Assist with drafting, updating, and governing Treasury policies for debt, share repurchase, derivatives, liquidity, and intercompany lending.
  • Support preparation of Board and Audit Committee materials, including capital structure updates, leverage analysis, repurchase activity, derivative exposures, and policy updates.
  • Ensure consistency of data, messaging, and supporting analytics across Treasury, FP&A, Legal, Tax, Accounting, and IR.

Analytics, Reporting & Process Optimization

  • Own recurring reporting for debt dashboards, hedge performance, covenant metrics, and repurchase pacing.
  • Develop valuation models and enhance automation within Quantum and related platforms.
  • Leverage AI and advanced analytics to streamline workflows and improve forecasting accuracy.

Your experience should include...

  • 3+ years in Corporate Treasury, Capital Markets, FX and Rates Hedging, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Leveraged Finance.
  • Strong understanding of corporate debt structures (Term Loans, bonds), share repurchase programs (ASR, 10b5-1, OMR), and derivatives (interest rate swaps, cross-currency swaps).
  • Experience with derivative valuations and hedge accounting concepts.
  • Proficiency with Bloomberg and treasury management systems (FIS Quantum or comparable).
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to prepare executive-ready materials.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Experience with convertible debt modeling, ASC 815, or Board/Audit Committee materials.
  • CFA, FRM, CTP, or progress toward relevant credential.
  • Experience applying AI tools to improve analytics and automate workflows.
