At EBANX’s Corporate areas, you don’t just keep operations running. You work behind the scenes to ensure every part of the company is connected, efficient, and ready to grow. Every project and process is driven by strategy, collaboration, and impact, making our work truly Out Of The Ordinary.
Act as the owner of the corporate travel program, ensuring strong governance, operational efficiency, and full compliance with the travel policy;
Manage relationships with travel agencies and strategic vendors, monitoring SLAs, performance, and cost-saving opportunities;
Conduct advanced cost analysis and T&E metrics, identifying risks, deviations, and optimization opportunities;
Lead the review, implementation, and communication of the corporate travel policy;
Serve as the main point of contact for exceptions, complex negotiations, critical rebookings, and emergency situations;
Work closely with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Compliance on contracts, payments, audits, and internal controls;
Propose and lead continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and standardization of travel processes;
Prepare management reports and executive-level materials for leadership and key stakeholders.
Solid experience in corporate travel management within medium to highly complex environments;
Proven background in vendor management, contract management, and negotiation with travel agencies;
Strong analytical skills, with experience in cost control, KPIs, and management reporting;
In-depth knowledge of travel policies, T&E processes, and compliance requirements;
Ability to work autonomously, with a strong process mindset and prioritization skills;
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders;
Advanced English proficiency.
Experience with travel management tools such as Lemontech, Concur, and Uber;
Previous experience in Procurement, Finance, or Operations teams;
Background in global companies or high-volume travel environments;
Intermediate or advanced Spanish;
Proven track record in cost optimization, automation, or travel & expense transformation projects.
