A day in the life You’ll partner closely with the Chief of Staff and senior leaders to define initiatives, clarify outcomes, and drive structured execution. One day you might be shaping the problem statement and success measures for a strategic priority. The next, you’ll be leading a workstream end-to-end, aligning stakeholders, setting milestones, managing risks and ensuring decisions translate into action.   You’ll regularly step into executive conversations, not just to report progress, but to provide insight. You’ll bring analysis, options and recommendations. You’ll challenge thinking constructively, connect dots across the enterprise, and help leaders make well-informed decisions.   In practice, you will: Own discrete transformation initiatives from definition through to delivery Act as a thought partner to the Chief of Staff and senior leaders Translate strategic ambition into structured plans, clear milestones and measurable outcomes Prepare high-impact executive and Board materials grounded in commercial insight Track KPIs, risks and interdependencies across initiatives Facilitate alignment across business units to remove blockers and maintain momentum About the role The Senior Transformation Associate plays a critical role within the Office of the CEO supporting the Chief of Staff to drive execution of PEXA’s most important strategic priorities. Working across the organisation and with Senior Leaders, you will help translate CEO priorities into execution and measurable outcomes. This role blends strategy, governance, commercial insight and hands-on execution.   Key capabilities for success Enterprise Strategic Execution & Workstream Leadership – Owning initiatives end-to-end and driving outcomes across functions. Commercial & Strategic Insight – Turning complex data and market signals into clear recommendations and trade-offs. Executive Governance & Operating Rhythm Management – Shaping high-quality discussions at ExCo and Board level and ensuring decisions stick. Structured Communication & Influence – Bringing clarity, confidence and alignment across senior stakeholders. PMO Discipline with Agile Adaptability – Maintaining delivery rigour while navigating ambiguity and change.   What success looks like In the first 6 months: Taken ownership of key transformation initiatives with clear scope and measurable outcomes Built trusted relationships with senior leaders across the business Delivered sharp, insight-led executive materials that shape decision-making Established strong governance rhythms with clear action tracking   By 12 months: Seen as a trusted thought partner to the Chief of Staff and executive leaders Driving measurable enterprise impact through well-executed initiatives Anticipating risks, identifying opportunities and proactively shaping solutions Elevating the quality of strategic dialogue and decision clarity across forums   You don’t need to meet every single requirement to apply.
