Role Summary

As a Senior Training Specialist at CloudFactory, you will envision and create training programs that develop learners’ data annotation skills; including program design, material creation, training session delivery, and evaluation. You will work closely with senior staff to ensure effective learning outcomes and maintain high standards in training delivery. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs analyses for internal training initiatives by gathering stakeholder input, learner insights, and performance data to define effective training solutions.
  • Design end-to-end training programs, including assessments, that meet defined performance outcomes and logistical requirements.
  • Develop instructional content, job aids, and knowledge resources to support effective on-the-job performance across varied audiences and delivery methods.
  • Deliver engaging virtual and in-person training sessions, ensuring learner engagement and achievement of session objectives.
  • Organise, administer, and manage training events in accordance with approved training plans, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data, identifying insights and implementing improvements for future cohorts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and provide training metrics and reports to support operational and management decision-making.
  • Conduct, moderate, and continuously improve competency assessments, providing guidance on assessment methods and tools where required.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and learner needs, contributing to effective training solutions within defined project scope.
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and peer review support to less experienced colleagues, contributing to team capability and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate and apply organisational culture, values, and behaviours in all training activities.
  • Ensure full compliance with corporate policies, information security standards, and mandatory training requirements.

Requirements

  • Knowledge: 
    • Data Analysis & Interpretation: Independently analyse training and performance data, identify trends and insights, and produce standard reports using appropriate statistical and visualisation tools.
    • Project Management: Manage medium-sized, medium-complexity training projects, define scope, objectives, and deliverables, and monitor progress while managing change.
    • Consultation: Engage with stakeholders in formal and informal consultancy settings, gather requirements and data, and support the development and implementation of solutions.
    • Creative Thinking: Apply creative thinking and structured ideation techniques to develop effective learning solutions for routine and moderately complex problems.
    • Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders through well-structured written documentation, engaging presentations, and clear verbal messaging.
    • Facilitation: Lead facilitation for complex discussions and training sessions, integrate diverse perspectives, and guide groups toward shared outcomes.
    • Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder relationships for medium-sized initiatives, develop engagement plans, proactively resolve issues, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
    • Collaboration & Teamwork: To collaborate effectively with colleagues, contribute ideas, coordinate tasks, and support team objectives.
    • Problem Solving & Decision Making: To independently identify and analyse complex problems, assess risks and implications, and develop well-reasoned solutions using structured problem-solving approaches.
  • Skills and Experience: 
    • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in training and development or a related role.
    • Experience in designing training programs.
    • Experience in creating and delivering learning materials and sessions.
    • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
