Senior Test Engineer Automation (C#) - OP02040

We invite a skilled and proactive Senior Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in C# and .NET to join our team. You’ll design and implement test automation strategies, working closely with the client to ensure high-quality delivery. The role primarily focuses on backend/API testing and database validation, with opportunities to contribute to UI automation and cloud migration initiatives.

✅ Is that you?

• 5+ years of test automation experience with C#/.NET
• Strong backend test automation expertise, including designing and automating API tests using .NET libraries (RestSharp, Refit)
• Extensive database testing experience, including complex queries and data validation
• Proven expertise with NUnit/xUnit
• UI test automation experience, preferably with Playwright
• Experience with at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and readiness to work with Azure/ Azure DevOps for future cloud migration
• Ability to define, design, and implement a QA automation strategy from scratch
• Strong client-facing communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• High level of ownership, independence, and proactivity
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level

Desirable:

• Hands-on Python experience
• Experience with PDF validation
• Experience supporting cloud migrations
• Familiarity with AI concepts or AI-assisted testing tools
  

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you’ll own and drive test automation and quality practices, helping ensure reliable, scalable, and high-quality product delivery.

• Define, own, and drive the overall test automation and QA strategy
• Design and maintain a scalable automated testing framework with clear documentation
• Build and support reliable CI/CD test pipelines for efficient test execution
• Develop and maintain automated tests across E2E, API, and UI layers
• Ensure test environments and data are stable and repeatable
• Expand and evolve a reliable automated regression suite
• Implement and track clear quality metrics and reporting
• Identify quality risks and work with engineering and product teams to address them early
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to align on priorities, expectations, and timelines
• Promote automation best practices and continuous improvement
