Senior Test Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Analyst to join our team and contribute to the quality assurance and testing of enterprise-grade information systems. The role focuses on both automated and manual testing activities, ensuring reliability, stability, and performance of applications through structured test design, execution, and defect management. You will work closely within a Scrum team alongside developers and testers, following Agile and Kanban practices to deliver high-quality software solutions. This is an Expert-level position.

Key Responsibilities

• Define comprehensive test cases and report test results
• Design, develop, and execute automated GUI tests using Selenium WebDriver with C#
• Design, develop, and execute automated API tests for REST services using C# and RestSharp
• Create and execute functional manual test scenarios and scripts for cases that cannot be automated
• Identify, document, re-test, and report defects
• Support the preparation and maintenance of test plans and testing strategies
• Contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
• Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure test coverage and quality standards
• Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies, Kanban boards, daily stand-ups, and team meetings
• Maintain clear documentation of testing processes and outcomes

Requirements

• Expert-level seniority, corresponding to:

• a 4-year university degree with at least 9 years of relevant professional experience, or
• a 3-year university degree with at least 10 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong experience in software testing and quality assurance for enterprise systems
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and C# test automation
• Experience testing REST APIs using tools such as RestSharp
• Solid background in both automated and manual testing approaches
• Experience defining test plans, scenarios, and execution strategies
• Familiarity with defect tracking and reporting processes
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluency in English
