Senior Technology Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technology Manager to lead the engineering teams of our Sportsbook Platform in Brazil. This role calls for a strategic leader who combines technical depth with the ability to inspire, guide, and empower high-performing teams. You will drive technical excellence, cultivate a collaborative and results-oriented culture, and ensure alignment between engineering priorities and business goals.

As a key partner to stakeholders across the organization, you will navigate complex challenges, foster innovation, and create an environment where teams can thrive and deliver impactful solutions at scale.

• Lead three high-performing scrum teams (~25 engineers) within the Betting and Integrations segments, driving delivery of the commercial and technical roadmap
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Principal Engineers to plan, prioritize, and execute initiatives, ensuring capacity, dependencies, and risks are managed effectively
• Act as the technical vision ambassador for your domain, aligning the long-term roadmap with business goals
• Oversee people management for direct and indirect reports, including performance reviews, development plans, and PIPs
• Build and maintain a motivated, engaged, and high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous growth and resilience
• Proactively address delivery bottlenecks, production incidents, and technical challenges, ensuring uptime and performance for large-scale, high-traffic systems
• Strengthen cross-team and cross-tribe collaboration, ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders and shielding teams from distractions
• Partner closely with the Head of Technology, peers, and key stakeholders to align on priorities, resource needs, and process improvements

What you'll bring:

• Strong leadership experience managing and mentoring engineering teams of 25+ members in high-traffic, large-scale systems
• Strong technical background with the ability to deep-dive into technical details and support incident resolution
• Demonstrated success in strategic planning, delivery management, and roadmap execution in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience working in international, multilingual environments
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, with the ability to inspire, influence, and align teams across locations
• A leadership style grounded in humility, collaboration, resilience, and a positive, solutions-focused approach
• Willingness to lead by example, go beyond comfort zones, and transform processes to optimize outcomes
