About the Roles
As a Senior Technical Writer at Prophecy, you will own and elevate our product documentation and technical customer communications, working closely with our core product & engineering teams. You will design and deliver high-impact content that helps data practitioners - ranging from advanced engineers to business users - use Prophecy to solve complex data prep and analytics problems.
Leveraging your experience in data engineering, data analytics, data prep, and/or business analytics, you will translate sophisticated concepts into precise actionable guidance. You bring strong narrative judgment, a structured approach to information design, and a deep commitment to championing the customer’s perspective in a fast-paced environment.
This role offers a rare opportunity to define modern data prep and analysis documentation is created and consumed. You will share Prophecy’s documentation strategy, pushing beyond traditional documentation to set a new industry standard while partnering with a high-performing team at a rapidly growing company.
