Senior Technical Writer

So, what’s the role all about?

As a NICE Technical Writer, you will be part of a dynamic, ever-learning team, in a growing, challenging and exciting environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for and involved in the whole journey from end-to-end: feature discussions, including the UI/UX microcopy, with the Product Managers, UX team, and development teams, working with the scrum teams using agile methodology, and creating and uploading documentation to a customer-facing site.

How will you make an impact?

• Efficiently leveraging AI to create quality documentation that is clear, concise, and user-friendly.
• Collaborating with PMs and multiple scrum teams in an Agile environment, ensuring adherence to sprint and release milestones.
• Collaborating with the UX team to produce/review microcopy and review messages and logs that enhance the user experience.
• Integrating with the global Documentation team while working independently with various stakeholders.
• Collaborating with Support teams to update documentation based on internal and customer feedback.
• Participating in a center of excellence, leveraging capacity to where it is needed.
• Applying critical thinking to push boundaries and innovate within your role.

• Passion for AI, UX microcopy, emerging technologies and new tools.
• Highly motivated, organized, and self-managed individuals.
• Experience in creating clear and structured guides for different audiences using single-sourcing and conditions.
• Current and proven experience in an agile software development environment.
• 4-7 years of experience as a Technical Writer.

You will have an advantage if you also have:

• An ever-learning mindset.
• Experience with Flare, GitHub, and Jira.
• Experience in video creation using AI.
• Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
