What you will do
Senior Training Engineers develop customer enablement and education courseware covering Sysdig's open source and commercial solutions.
They design complex scenarios that showcase technology and can develop engaging hands-on material for diverse technical audiences.
You will report to the Technical Enablement team to deliver training and explain Sysdig solutions to customers, partners, and the general public.
Make independent decisions within broad parameters, with the understanding that incorrect choices could cause delays or rework in projects or customer programs.
Troubleshoot training platforms and provide guidance to other teams when issues arise.
What you will bring with you
Demonstrate a understanding of DevOps tools and methodologies.
Have expertise in containers, orchestration, Linux, or public cloud services.
Have understanding of the cloud ecosystem and related technologies (Cloud Native, CIEM, CNAPP).
Code fluently in 1–2 languages (Bash, Python, Go) and author YAML- or Markdown-based content.
Have 3+ years of experience instructing and breaking down complex concepts into terms suitable for the target audience.
Write clear, comprehensive technical documentation and deliver advanced technical training.
