Opportunity Overview:

We are looking for a Sr. Technical Talent Partner to join our Talent Acquisition Team for a six-month contract and play a critical role in scaling our Engineering, Data, and Machine Learning teams. In this role, you will partner closely with technical leaders to drive high-impact hiring outcomes, delivering a seamless, high-quality experience for both interview teams and candidates. Reporting to the Manager, Technical Talent Acquisition, you’ll have the autonomy and support to leverage new tools, data, and creative strategies to attract, close, and deliver top technical talent quickly. What you’ll do:

  • Own end-to-end hiring for critical technical roles in a fast-moving environment, balancing speed, quality, and long-term team fit
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Data, and ML leaders as a strategic advisor on, market dynamics, compensation tradeoffs, and realistic timelines
  • Lead proactive sourcing efforts using advanced techniques across multiple channels and talent communities
  • Use recruiting data and funnel metrics to diagnose issues, forecast outcomes, and drive decision-making
  • Partner cross-functionally with People Ops, Finance, and People Business Partners to align hiring plans, headcount, and offer execution
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and reporting within Greenhouse and other recruiting tools
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with the ability to influence how we engage talent 

What you’ll need:

  • 8+ years of technical recruiting experience, including ownership of senior and hard-to-fill roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Proven experience hiring across Engineering, Machine Learning & Data functions required
  • Strong closing skills, including navigating compensation conversations and competing offers
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with impeccable attention to detail
  • Data driven mindset with a proven ability to track and report on hiring metrics
  • Exceptional ability to build strong relationships and be a true partner to hiring teams
  • Deep knowledge of search platforms, talent communities, and sourcing tools
  • Experience navigating and recruiting in health-tech, healthcare, or other highly regulated environments is highly preferred
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS preferred

Pay: $60-70/hr depending on experience
