We’re building applied AI systems for high‑stakes, real‑world decisions. Our platform ingests and reasons over large, messy data to surface evidence with hard constraints around fairness, auditability, and low bias.
The single gnarliest, most impact‑heavy place this problem shows up is in insurance claims, so that’s where we’re deployed today, running in production at some of the largest carriers in North America.
We’re looking for a Technical Sourcer to support our Talent Acquisition pipeline during a period of accelerated hiring. This is a 4-month full-time contract role to start, focused on building top-of-funnel pipelines for highly specialized engineering, data, and infrastructure roles across our teams in New York, Toronto, and Vancouver.
If you love the hunt, know how to engage niche technical talent, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this role is for you.
