Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth interviews and evaluations to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Utilize various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify passive candidates.
  • Stay current with industry trends and the latest technologies to provide insights during the recruitment process.
  • Mentor and support junior recruiters, sharing best practices and strategies for success.
  • Analyze recruitment data and metrics to make informed decisions and improve processes.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with a strong track record in sourcing and hiring for IT roles.
  • Extensive knowledge of the technology landscape and familiarity with various programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in using ATS systems, social media, and recruitment tools.
  • Experience with data-driven recruitment metrics and analysis.
