The Mission

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle; from initial briefing and headhunting to negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build a robust pipeline of technical experts across South Africa, the UK, Mauritius, and beyond.
  • Rapidly source and deploy contractors for project-based team augmentation.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, defining job specs and providing market-realistic salary benchmarks.


What You Bring

  • 5+ years in technical recruitment, ideally with a blend of agency speed and in-house culture.
  • You must "speak Cloud." We need someone who understands the nuances of Data Engineers, Cloud Architects, DevOps, and Platform Engineers.
  • A deep understanding of the South African market and global regions, including compliance, notice periods, and salary expectations.
  • You have an existing, active network of technical professionals and contractors ready to go.
  • Technical tertiary qualifications are critical to understanding our technical competencies.
