Senior Technical Recruiter, CloudKitchens - Los Angeles

At CloudKitchens, we're building Infrastructure for Better Food. We help restaurateurs around the world succeed in online food delivery. Our goal is to make food more affordable, higher quality and convenient for everyone. We're changing the game for restaurateurs, whether they’re entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant all the way through to your favorite global quick-service restaurant chains.

What you’ll do

• Lead critical hiring sprints for P0 roles and critical hires.
• Lead key project initiatives that improve the recruiting practice.
• Own end-to-end recruitment cycle for mid-senior level hiring up to Level 6 (L6).
• Work closely with business leaders/stakeholders to manage expectations and business outcomes.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
