We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who operates as a strategic partner to our R&D team. This role will own end-to-end recruiting for technical roles (Engineering, Product, Research, AI/ML, Security) and play a critical role in shaping how we attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent.
You will be responsible for finding signal in a noisy market, building authentic relationships with top-tier candidates, and delivering an experience that reflects the caliber of our company. Every hire shapes the trajectory of the company. In this role, you won’t just fill seats—you’ll help define the future of our product, our culture, and our ability to win.
What you’ll do:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Engineering, Product, AI/ML, and Security
- Proactively source and engage passive talent using creative, targeted approaches
- Build high-quality pipelines of candidates aligned to our bar for talent density
- Run structured, high-signal interview processes that assess both technical excellence and cultural contribution
- Craft compelling narratives that position our mission, product, and trajectory in a way that resonates with top candidates
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market dynamics, compensation, and closing strategies
- Drive an exceptional candidate experience—clear communication, speed, and professionalism at every touchpoint
- Continuously improve recruiting systems and workflows, leveraging data and AI to increase efficiency and quality
- Represent the company externally through outreach, networking, and employer brand efforts
What you have:
- 7+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles (Engineering, Product, or Security) in a high-growth or startup environment for tech companies, preferably in security
- 2+ years experience with a focus on hiring AI/ML roles
- Proven ability to source and close high-caliber, passive candidates
- Track record of operating with urgency and ownership in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
- Experience using modern recruiting tools (Greenhouse, Recruiter, Github, Juicebox, other sourcing tools
For high cost of living areas (San Francisco / Seattle / NYC), the expected salary range for this position is $155,000 USD - $173,000 USD, plus bonus eligibility and equity.
For all other locations, the expected salary range for this position is $140,000USD - $160,000 USD, plus bonus eligibility and equity.
Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 83% and 100% of range.
