Senior Technical Project Manager
TLDR
Lead complex, cross-functional technical programs to improve execution, scalability, and delivery across the organization, collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Lead complex, cross-functional technical programs across the Core Platform organization, from intake and scoping through launch and post-release follow-up.

Own a portfolio or domain of initiatives, ensuring priorities, dependencies, timelines, and risks are visible and actively managed across multiple teams.

Partner with Product, Engineering, Trust & Safety, Operations, and Brand stakeholders to align on goals, sequencing, tradeoffs, and execution plans.

Drive program planning rituals and operating mechanisms, including roadmap reviews, dependency management, risk reviews, and retrospectives.

Anticipate delivery risks early, diagnose root causes of blockers, and drive resolution through clear action plans and escalations when needed.

Translate technical and delivery complexity into concise, executive-ready updates that support decision-making and maintain stakeholder alignment.

Use business context, user impact, and team capacity to inform prioritization and recommend tradeoff decisions.

Identify and implement improvements to delivery processes, planning systems, and cross-team ways of working to increase predictability and efficiency.

Mentor teammates and help raise the bar for project management discipline, communication, and execution across the organization.

5+ years of experience leading technical projects or programs in fast-paced product and engineering organizations

Proven success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and evolving requirements

Strong fluency in technical systems and software development processes, with the ability to partner effectively with engineering and product teams

Expertise with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, and Google Workspace

Strong planning, prioritization, and risk management skills, including experience driving tradeoff decisions

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, build trust across teams, and influence without direct authority

Experience working on platform, infrastructure, or B2B2C initiatives preferred

Experience mentoring peers and improving team operating processes is a plus
