We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to help us optimize our cross-functional execution. You'll be instrumental in ensuring the continued delivery of our rapidly expanding bill pay and invoicing solution.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with Melio’s brightest minds across multiple departments, locations, and disciplines, working on our most business-critical initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with large, multi-location R&D and Product teams
  • Strong technical foundation, preferably with prior experience as a Software Engineer or a related technical role. This includes the ability to critically evaluate system architecture, understand complex technical trade-offs, and engage effectively with engineering teams on deep technical issues
  • Native or near-native English fluency to drive detailed discussions, create professional documentation, and effectively engage with global, cross-functional teams
  • A track record of thriving in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.

How your day is going to look, what you will be doing? 

  • Being part of a key delivery project with a US fintech partner
  • Managing multiple work streams simultaneously, both internally and externally with the business partner
  • Analyzing key dependencies across different teams, sites and time-zones (US EST) while providing proactive resolution
  • Identifying and owning gaps, risks and blockers and driving to resolution in an independent way
  • Developing a clear communication plan to ensure all the various teams clearly understand their roles and tasks for each milestone
  • Developing project supporting material: status updates for leadership, execution plans, and reports
  • Building and leading effective operating rhythm both with Melio’s internal teams and with the partner
