POSITION SUMMARY

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technical initiatives within the Security, Technology Enablement & Platform Services (STEPS) organization at EarnIn. This is a part-time contract role offering a short-term, unique opportunity. This position makes a significant impact and contributes to our organization's growth and success.

This position is remote from the UK/Scotland. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field/experience; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in technical program management, with a proven track record of leading complex and cross-functional projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, and other project management frameworks.
  • Experience collaborating and enabling geographically dispersed teams while translating complex requirements into technical roadmaps 
  • Demonstrated ability to define and track program metrics (such as OKRs and KPIs) and use data to drive accountability and decisions 
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence teams to achieve excellence.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results in a rapidly evolving market
