Senior Technical Product Manager

A bit about the role and what you'll do...

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to take a leading role in delivering the roadmap for our SaaS platform. You will be responsible for the user experience across web UI and APIs, simplifying complex product capabilities to drive adoption with our customers. This is a high-impact position where you’ll sit at the intersection of customer insight, technical innovation, and commercial strategy - driving products that solve real-world challenges at scale. You’ll act as the voice of the customer, working closely with internal teams and external partners to translate complex needs into powerful, scalable solutions.

What You’ll Do...

  • Champion the Customer
    Be the voice of current and future customers—deeply understanding their challenges and ensuring their needs are embedded in every stage of product development.
  • Shape Product Strategy
    Define and influence the roadmap for our platform, aligning market insights with commercial goals.
  • Drive Technical Excellence
    Partner closely with engineering to design secure, scalable, high-performance systems, balancing trade-offs across performance, scalability, and technical debt.
  • Own API & Platform Experience
    Lead API strategy, design principles, and developer experience while ensuring consistency across web UI and integrations.
  • Translate Complexity into Clarity
    Convert complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements and priorities.
  • Enable Scalable Solutions
    Champion platform thinking - building reusable, composable capabilities rather than one-off features.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally
    Work across engineering, sales, marketing, legal, and executive teams to bring products to market and position them for success.

What we're looking for...

  • Experience & Expertise
    • Significant experience in a technical product management role within a cloud SaaS environment
    • Proven track record of delivering successful products across their lifecycle
    • Strong background in APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and system architecture
    • Experience with telecoms, device management, or connected devices ecosystems
  • Customer-Centric Mindset
    • Demonstrated ability to gather and synthesize customer and market insights
    • Comfortable engaging directly with customers and partners—both technical and commercial
  • Technical & Product Skills
    • Experience defining user epics and working with engineering to deliver outcomes
    • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, security platforms, and SDLC
    • Knowledge of modern API design and agile development practices
  • Communication & Leadership
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams
    • Confident in presenting proposals, strategies, and product vision
