About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to support the development and maintenance of our machine learning (ML) systems and infrastructure. This role is part of the ML team that ensures our ML models are built adhering to best practices, deployed efficiently, monitored continuously, and supported by scalable, well-maintained platforms.
You’ll work cross-functionally with MLOps engineers, data scientists, backend developers, and product stakeholders to improve how ML products are built, delivered, and maintained across the organization.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their TPM career who is passionate about enabling ML at scale and growing into a technical leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the entire ML product lifecycle and system delivery, adhering to the standards set by various technical leads across board
Ensure that ML products align with business goals and organizational policies
Facilitate communication across data scientists, product stakeholders, engineering team, and machine learning platform teams
Define scope, goals, and deliverables when a new ML project is initiated
Manage project delivery timelines and cross-team dependencies
Turn successful ML projects into production-grade ML products by driving and meeting MLOps governance and engineering standards
Ensures all governance steps (data, model, deployment) are integrated into project plans.
Proliferate internal machine learning platform tools usage across the company
Gather, synthesize and prioritize internal users’ feedback and define requirements for platform enhancements with respective ML platform tech leads
About You
3-5 years of experience in technical product management, program management, or engineering roles.
Basic understanding of the ML development lifecycle and data workflows.
Basic familiarity with APIs, cloud infrastructure, and modern development stacks.
Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage technical stakeholders and cross-functional coordination.
Comfortable writing technical documentation and breaking down complex systems into actionable items.
Motivated to grow in a highly technical role and help scale AI products and platforms.
Proactive, intellectually curious, and highly motivated to learn and grow.
Experience with machine learning/AI platforms is a plus.
Educational or professional background in computer science, data science, or machine learning is a plus.
