Senior Technical Product Manager HR

As a Technical Product Manager, you continuously translate overarching business strategies into product strategies, roadmaps and product specifications. In this role you:

  • Analyze and evaluate global market trends and bring in the outside perspective
  • Develop (IT) products, from concept to launch, in an international business environment
  • Are an ambassador of your products to senior stakeholders and you seek alignment on critical strategic product decisions
  • Develop products that create value for our customers
  • You lead and manage agile teams or strategic projects.

Experience

You have a university degree in a relevant area e.g. IT, Business Administration or Human Resources and have a minimum of 5 years professional experience in the field of technical product development.

Furthermore, you bring in the following mindset and skills:

  • Experience in leading strategic/cross-functional IT projects in global corporate environments, paired with excellent leadership and intercultural skills
  • Customer-centric mindset where you think in E2E customer solutions
  • Experience in steering vendors effectively
  • Experience translating business requirements into products
  • Storytelling and stakeholder management at top management level
  • Experience managing international teams
  • Nice to have: Experience in negotiation with data privacy and social partners
  • Your English is on the highest level, German language is a benefit
  • You are flexible for business travels

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 2200 € /brutto.
