You are a Technical Product Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex software, platform services, and technical integrations from initial concept through to completion. You possess an exceptionally strong understanding of distributed systems and modern software development practices, as well as the ability to define technical trade-offs. You are an exceptional communicator, adept at translating complex technical designs into clear business implications and, conversely, communicating strategic product goals and context directly to engineering teams.

In your current role, you are known as a go-to person for critical issues and as a key subject matter expert in multiple areas. As a Product Manager at Flourish, you will be responsible for ambitious goals across multiple workstreams. Your focus will be on defining the technical roadmap for our core platform and
infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security for the Flourish Cash, Flourish Annuities, and upcoming lending offerings. You will work in a fluid environment where things change frequently and be expected to adapt to keep your team focused to continually deliver value.

Base Salary Range: $185,300 - $243,100 plus bonus
