We’re on the lookout for a Senior Technical Executive in Command & Control who is proactive with excellent problem-solving skills, able to drive technical product and solution centric deliverables and engage with engineering, sales, tech partners and customers. What You ‘ll Be Doing

• Conduct Product and solution-level technical marketing functions for integrated solutions.
• Engage closely with sales and engineering to deliver technical collateral for products and solutions, including presentations and technical white papers.
• Define joint solutions consisting of own products & partner/OEM products, articulate value proposition and differentiate against company offers.
• Engage in competitive analysis and product positioning.
• Perform hand-on work with customers during product evaluations.
• Collaboratively work on technical proposal writing as part of bidding processes.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

• University Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical/Electronic, Industrial or Computer Engineering).
• 10 years of Marketing experience in a high technology or Engineering company in high responsibility positions.
• Relevant experience in bid preparation and participation.
• Previous S/W Development experience will be considered as an asset.
• Experience in promoting Information & Communications Technology solutions to the Defense/Government markets, domestic and international.

Desired

• Familiarity with electrical and mechanical engineering, assembly, fabrication, related specifications and process.
• Product and industry knowledge in any of the areas of Tactical Communications, Electronic Warfare, Security/Control Integrated Platforms, (C2/CSIM).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in creating technical documents and presentations (English/Greek).
• Proven ability to engage with cross-functional teams and customers, driving product solutions and business results.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with a focus on timely delivery of technical proposals and product evaluations.
• Highly adaptable with a strong sense of accountability, capable of working independently or as part team.
