We are looking for a Senior Technical Evangelist who can serve as both a deep technical expert and an industry thought leader. This role will shape how the market understands AI Trust, agentic AI testing, and CX observability. You will work across product, engineering, customers, partners, and the broader AI ecosystem to translate complex technology into practical frameworks that help enterprises deploy AI safely and at scale. This is a high impact technical role. Key Responsibilities
Industry Thought Leadership
  • Establish Cyara as a category leader in AI Trust and AI assurance through original technical insights and frameworks.
  • Publish technical papers, blogs, and industry viewpoints on topics such as:
    • AI testing frameworks
    • LLM and agentic AI evaluation
    • AI reliability and governance
    • CX observability for AI systems
    • Represent Cyara as a technical thought leader at technical conferences and panels.
    • Contribute to shaping industry conversations partners, and customers.
    • Technical Evangelism

    • Translate complex platform capabilities into clear technical narratives for developers, architects, and technical decision-makers.
    • Deliver deep technical demos, workshops, and architecture sessions with enterprise customers and partners.
    • Present Cyara’s vision and technical approach at industry events, webinars, and developer conferences.
    • Developer & Technical Community Engagement

    • Engage with developers, AI engineers, and platform architects building conversational AI and CX platforms.
    • Produce technical content including:
      • blogs
      • technical deep dives
      • architecture guides
      • demo applications
      • Create reference architectures and example implementations demonstrating Cyara platform capabilities.
      • Product Insight & Strategic Feedback

      • Act as a bridge between the external technical community and Cyara’s product teams.
      • Provide structured feedback from customers, partners, and developers to influence product roadmap and developer experience.
      • Identify emerging trends in:
        • AI agents
        • conversational AI
        • AI testing and evaluation
        • enterprise AI governance
        • Technical Enablement

        • Support Sales Engineering, Partners, and Customer Success with deep technical expertise.
        • Build demo environments and solution architectures for key use cases.
        • Help internal teams understand how Cyara’s AI platform works under the hood.
  • What We're Looking For

    Technical Expertise

  • Deep understanding of AI/ML systems, APIs, and cloud architectures
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, conversational AI, or AI agents
  • Strong familiarity with software development and developer ecosystems
  • Preferred technical skills:

  • Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
  • Experience with AI evaluation, testing frameworks, or observability tools
  • Knowledge of contact center platforms (Genesys, NICE, Five9, Zoom, etc.)
  • Experience

  • 10+ years in roles such as:
    • Technical Evangelist
    • Developer Advocate
    • Solutions Architect
    • Technical Product Leader
    • AI Architect
    • Demonstrated ability to influence technical communities and industry conversations
    • Track record of publishing technical content and speaking at conferences
    • Experience working with enterprise customers and developer ecosystems
    • Personal Traits

    • Exceptional communicator who can simplify complex systems and inspire technical audiences
    • Curious and hands-on — enjoys building demos and exploring new technologies
    • Comfortable engaging with developers, architects, analysts, and executives
