Possess a strong understanding of routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and IPsec for secure and efficient network communications.

Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of networking technologies, WAN communications, and security concepts, including TCP/IP, QoS, MPLS, and IPSec.

Participate in the deployment of complex solutions, create written deliverables, and conduct client workshops

Ability to communicate and execute architecture strategy & approach in clear, concise, and understandable terms to client senior management and other client stakeholders

Ability to implement design architecture objectives that align with client demand & business goals

Receptive listening skills, with the ability to present ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences

Excellent situational leadership and timely decision-making skills

Passionate about successful customer outcomes

Ability to work effectively within all levels of an organization (internally & externally)

Ability to work both individually and in a team environment

Demonstrated ability to deliver multiple IT projects on time and within budget

Obtain and maintain certifications with associated qualifications

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of networking experience in enterprise environments, with focus on SD WAN technologies

Deep hands-on technical knowledge and expertise in: Palo Prisma (and native) and Fortinet SD WAN. Silverpeak, Cisco Viptela, Versa, or Velocloud a plus.   

Deep expertise in route/switch architectures

Strong sense of ownership, problem solver, sense of urgency and ability to be proactive in resolving challenges

Palo Alto certification: PCNSE or PCNSC

Cisco certification: CCNP or CCIE

Fortinet certification – nice to have
