The focus is on structuring and prioritizing demand across multiple business units, defining roadmaps, and collaborating closely with senior engineers on data-heavy systems.  Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary interface between technology teams and business stakeholders to understand, structure, and translate complex requirements into actionable features.
  • Navigate across multiple business units to align priorities, resolve conflicting demands, and serve as a gatekeeper for incoming requests.
  • Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and technical feasibility.
  • Partner with senior engineers and architects during story grooming and sprint planning, ensuring clarity, technical soundness, and value alignment.
  • Oversee the end-to-end requirements lifecycle: elicitation, documentation, prioritization, and acceptance.
  • Drive transparency across teams by tracking progress, managing expectations, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes, backlog management, and release planning.
  • Required Experience and Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, or similar role in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Strong technical literacy; experience in data platforms, event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka), or integration-heavy solutions.
  • Basic SQL skills/proficiency and familiarity with modern data storage/warehouse solutions (e.g. Amazon Redshift, and DocumentDB).
  • Comfortable working directly with senior engineers and translating between business and technical contexts.
  • Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
  • Prior hands-on experience in software engineering or systems analysis is highly preferred.
  • Financial industry experience is a plus but not required.
