If you’re passionate about finding exceptional talent and want to join a team of smart, driven professionals, this role is for you. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you’ll have a direct impact on Aily’s growth and culture.
Partner closely with hiring managers to build high-performing engineering and data teams
Own and improve the full recruitment cycle across multiple technical domains
Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies, tapping into diverse and non-traditional talent pools
Act as a trusted advisor on hiring best practices, market intelligence, and compensation insights
Conduct sourcing, screening, interviews, and candidate assessments autonomously
Help shape our talent processes and identify opportunities to scale our recruitment operations
Support the development of internal talent growth initiatives and contribute to shaping Aily’s people culture
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve how we hire, onboard, and grow talent
5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or similar talent-focused roles
Strong experience hiring technical roles in engineering and data science
Experience in startup or product-driven environments is a strong plus
Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
Background or involvement in employer branding initiatives is highly desirable
Broad HR exposure (comp & ben knowledge across Europe is a plus)
Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to build strong relationships across the company
