Senior Tech Recruiter (m/f/x)

TLDR

You take ownership of the end-to-end recruiting process for roles across Engineering, Product Management, and Design
You develop recruiting strategies to attract highly qualified talent
You work closely with hiring teams to understand role requirements and identify the best candidates for us
You proactively source new talent on platforms such as LinkedIn and build and maintain a talent pool.
You conduct structured interviews and lead debrief meetings to assess candidates’ technical/functional fit and cultural add
You continuously stay up to date on new concepts, ideas, and products in the market related to recruiting, talent sourcing, and direct search

Completed degree in a relevant field (e.g., business psychology, business administration, education, or similar) or an equivalent qualification
Strong experience in recruiting and/or direct search, specifically for Tech and Engineering candidates
Confident using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter
Understanding of technologies and programming languages to better assess candidates’ technical expertise
Highly structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style, even with complex tasks.
Excellent English skills (written and spoken); German is a plus
Strong teamwork and networking skills with a high level of customer orientation
Good analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset
