In this role, you’ll
define project goals, manage resources, mitigate risks, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. You’ll be at the center of our operations, working with internal teams and external stakeholders to bring Implementation projects to life.

Lead, Inspire and
Deliver! What You'll Do
Project Management
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop project plans,allocateresources, and manage budgets
- Identifyand mitigate risks while ensuring quality assurance
- Track progress, manage documentation, and report to stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional collaboration for seamless execution
- Implement project changes tooptimizeoutcomes
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for successful delivery
- Ensure high quality ofdeliverables created by the project team
- Facilitate smooth adoption of the IMS solutions for our customers
- Achieve high customer satisfaction from project deliveries
Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate the project team, fostering open communication and collaboration on international scale
- Coach and develop team members, supporting their growth and well-being
- Plan capacity, balance workloads, and ensure timely deliverables
- Shield the team from distractions and remove impediments

What You'll Need

8+ years of professional experience asa Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Implementation Manager in an IT company
- In-depth knowledge of project management and development procedures
- Master in modern project management good practices
- Decisive, highly organized, structured, and goal-oriented
- Strong communicationskills, creativity, and a high-level work ethics and integrity
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Pro-active problem solver
Bonus Points For
- Knowledge of Oil & Gas domain
- Experience in working product-based SaaS company
- Experience with integration and interfaces
