The Role:
The Senior Tax Analyst will join a world-class finance operation and support the daily operations of the global tax function that promotes continuous improvement and high performance.

In this role, you will:
Preparation of various global direct and indirect tax filings
Work closely with outside service providers to file various sales and use tax, business & occupation tax, personal property tax, various jurisdictions GST/VAT/HST, US business licenses, and digital service tax filings
Support preparation of income tax provision, including ASC 740 calculations, tax account roll-forward schedules and return to provision analysis
Prepare cross-department tax projections, model various income tax scenarios, and assist with ad hoc financial analysis where needed
Research opportunities, risks, and other ad hoc projects for strategic business initiatives and tax compliance
Identify and communicate key issues/areas of improvement throughout the compliance process, develop action plans, and complete them
Prepare monthly General Ledger Account Reconciliations and communicate required journal entries to the accounting team for direct and indirect tax accounts
Maintain global product taxability and tax exemption certificates to ensure indirect taxes are accurately collected on customer invoices
Support tax audits and respond to notices received from authorities
Please apply if you have:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably with an emphasis in tax, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field
3+ years of Public Accounting / in-house tax experience
Understanding of direct and indirect tax framework and global direct and indirect tax regulations
High work standards and strong work ethic
Produce timely deliverables and manage multiple and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
Ability to communicate, coordinate, and collaborate with different cross-functional groups
Results-driven with a high level of integrity
Process-oriented with high attention to detail, accuracy

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for this United States based role is $100,000 - $110,000.
We offer a competitive base salary and benefits including: health benefits; flexible spending account; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, bereavement leave, floating holidays and paid holidays); and parental leave benefits. This role is eligible to be considered for an annual bonus and equity grant.
