BlackStone eIT is in search of a talented Senior TAMM Developer to join our growing team. As a Senior TAMM Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing customized solutions using the TAMM (Targeted Application Modernization Methodology) framework. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions that optimize application performance and enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

Design and develop applications using the TAMM methodology, ensuring best practices and standards are followed
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs
Collaborate with project stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions within project timelines
Develop and maintain documentation for designed solutions, including user guides and technical specifications
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on TAMM best practices
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in application modernization and development methodologies

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, with a focus on application modernization and TAMM
Strong experience with programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python
Proficiency in database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases
Understanding of web services and APIs (RESTful and SOAP)
Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps principles
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Prior experience in Agile development methodologies is a plus
Knowledge of best practices in application architecture and design is highly desirable
