Play a key role in scaling Pelago by leading end-to-end recruiting and enhancing People Operations initiatives in a dynamic, growing environment.
We’re hiring a Senior Talent & People Partner to play a critical role in scaling Pelago. This is a recruiting-first role (approximately 70% Talent / 30% People Operations) designed for someone who can operate autonomously, partner closely with hiring managers and leaders, and bring structure to both hiring and core People programs. This role is a strong fit for People Operations or HR Generalists who enjoy hands-on recruiting as a core part of their scope.
You’ll own end-to-end recruiting across business, technical, and clinical roles, while also contributing meaningfully to People Operations initiatives that support employee experience, performance, and growth. As a growing company, priorities can shift seasonally. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys building where structure is still evolving.
This role reports to our Director of Recruiting and partners closely with People Team Leadership to ensure talent and people strategies align with Pelago's growth trajectory and cultural values. This is a hybrid role with a high-collaboration rhythm (3 days/week in our NYC office).

The provided range reflects our US target salary range for this full-time position, which is part of our broader total compensation package, including incentive bonus program, stock options, comprehensive benefits, and incentive pay applicable to eligible roles. Individual pay within the range will vary based on a variety of factors like role-related experience and education, internal pay equity, and other relevant business factors. At Pelago, we are committed to an equitable and fair pay philosophy and review total compensation for our employees at least twice a year.
