The job

As a Senior Talent Partner, you will act as a strategic guardian of our talent quality, enabling the business to scale. Your core mission is to raise the bar with every hire, embedding talent intelligence into our decision-making to build high-performing, talent-dense teams. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role where your direct impact is essential to our success.

What You'll Do

You will be the 360° owner of the recruitment lifecycle for our Engineering and Product teams in Lithuania and London, driving every stage from intake to a successful close.

Be a strategic thought partner to hiring managers, deeply collaborating on role definition, process design, and hiring decisions.
Proactively map and engage high-calibre passive talent, and prioritize critical roles to ensure we fill them with exceptional candidates.
Run a structured, high-quality interview process that upholds our company values and provides an exceptional candidate experience.
Track and report on key metrics—including pipeline health, pass-through rates, and quality of hire—using data to inform your strategy.
Drive talent acquisition initiatives that continuously improve our hiring practices and employer brand.

Your Experience

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with extensive expertise in hiring for engineering and product roles.
Strong track record in negotiation and managing complex compensation discussions.
Knowledge of Lithuanian job market is essential, additional experience hiring abroad is an advantage
Strong track of record in sourcing and data-driven recruitment practices

Salary Range - gross per month (ranges may vary based on skills and experience)
