Senior Talent Development Partner

About the Role:

CoreWeave is building the infrastructure that powers the next wave of AI. As we scale rapidly, the effectiveness of our managers and leaders becomes a critical determinant of execution speed, decision quality, and long-term performance.

We are looking for a Talent Development Partner to help design and scale the systems that enable managers to succeed in a high-growth, high-pressure environment. This is not a traditional L&D role. It is a hands-on, builder role focused on clarity, leverage, and execution.

What You'll Work On:

• Design and scale manager enablement systems that make expectations explicit and reduce ambiguity in hiring, ramp, performance, and role transitions
• Build practical development experiences that support managers during the earliest and highest-impact moments of the employee lifecycle
• Partner closely with People Business Partners, People Operations, and business leaders to translate real operating challenges into scalable solutions
• Use technology and AI intentionally to support decision-making, reduce cognitive load, and help teams operate more consistently at speed
• Own programs end to end, from problem definition through delivery and iteration, with a strong bias toward shipping and learning
• Continuously refine what “good” looks like by using data, feedback, and observed outcomes to improve systems over time

The base salary range for this role is $115,000 to $168,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
