Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Technology

Our client is a Brisbane based innovative technology leader offering AI powered solutions for their clients. We are currently seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for an initial 3 month + contract to lead the recruitment as our client grows their teams.  If you love working in partnership with stakeholders, thrive in fast paced environments and want to shape long term talent outcomes, we’d love to hear from you.

• Experience in talent intelligence, sourcing strategy and campaign management in sectors with technology recruitment being a core focus.
• End to end talent acquisition; demonstrating the capability to follow process and align communication updates to candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
• Proactive sourcing and talent attraction; knowing what channels to utilise and engage and nurture talent.
• Effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve common goals
• Enhances candidate experience and supports diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Excels in creating and managing strategic sourcing channels for various role types, with a focus on critical, high-frequency, and hard to fill positions through innovative above the line and below the line campaigns.
