We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and own full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong product mindset who can balance speed and quality, work autonomously, and confidently handle complex and non-standard hiring challenges in a fast-growing environment. You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to build high-quality teams that support the company’s growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Own end-to-end recruitment process: intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and hiring decisions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify role expectations, success profiles, and hiring priorities.
- Hire across multiple specializations (tech, product, marketing, creative, operations, etc.).
- Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn and other channels.
- Drive hiring for complex and business-critical roles, including senior and niche profiles.
- Ensure a strong candidate experience and clear communication throughout the process.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and sourcing strategies.
- Maintain accurate hiring data and contribute to recruitment analytics and reporting.
- Support onboarding handover and ensure smooth candidate transitions into teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in product or tech companies.
- Proven experience hiring across different functions and seniority levels.
- Strong sourcing skills, including non-standard and creative sourcing channels to find top and hard-to-reach candidates.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, and proactive outreach.
- Ability to leverage AI tools in recruitment (e.g. for sourcing, screening, outreach personalization, market research, process optimization).
- Ability to assess candidates beyond CVs: skills, motivation, cultural fit, and potential.
- Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with ATS and recruitment automation tools.
- Experience in EdTech, Health & Fitness, or mobile app products.
