At least four years of relevant experience in active sourcing and hiring of positions, preferably in the IT/SAP environment.
You are familiar with all relevant search tools and social media platforms, and ideally you have already worked with SmartRecruiters.
Openness to global processes and prior experience in an international environment are highly desirable.
You are highly result-oriented, communicative and appreciate working independently, while being a part of a collaborative and supportive team.
You enjoy sharing your experiences and best practices with the team and are open to staying UpToDate to new techniques within the roam of recruiting.
You are also fluent in German (at least C1), English (at least B1) mandatorily and Spanish (at least B2) desirably.
