  • You are familiar with all relevant search tools and social media platforms, and ideally you have already worked with SmartRecruiters.
  • Openness to global processes and prior experience in an international environment are highly desirable.
  • You are highly result-oriented, communicative and appreciate working independently, while being a part of a collaborative and supportive team.
  • You enjoy sharing your experiences and best practices with the team and are open to staying UpToDate to new techniques within the roam of recruiting.
  • You are also fluent in German (at least C1), English (at least B1) mandatorily and Spanish (at least B2) desirably.
