Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong focus on technical recruitment in the IT industry. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top engineering and tech talent across various domains such as Backend, Frontend, DevOps, QA, AI/ML, and more. If you bring international recruitment experience, including knowledge of global hiring practices, that’s a strong plus.
You’ll work closely with hiring managers and tech leads to understand role requirements, build efficient pipelines, and close positions with the right fit — quickly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage end-to-end technical recruitment across engineering and product roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Build strong pipelines through active sourcing, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other platforms.
  • Conduct candidate screening and technical evaluations to assess both technical and soft skills.
  • Maintain a high-touch and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Drive recruitment strategy with insights from market trends, competitor benchmarks, and data analytics.
  • Utilize ATS and other recruitment tools to maintain process efficiency and reporting.
  • Support international hiring efforts, adapting strategies to region-specific needs, cultural contexts, and compliance requirements.
  • Mentor junior recruiters on best practices in technical hiring and sourcing strategies.
  • Liaise with external agencies for niche hiring when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced tech company or agency.
  • Strong understanding of technical stacks (e.g., MERN, Python, .NET, DevOps, AI/ML, QA Automation, etc.).
  • Proven success in hiring mid to senior-level engineers and tech leads.
  • Experience in international hiring (preferred) with awareness of global labor laws, time zones, and cultural nuances.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
