We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who’s ready to dive into the world of tech recruitment to learn, grow, and hire top engineers for some of the most exciting projects on the market.

You’ll work side by side with experienced recruiters and technical leaders who will guide you through every stage of the process from sourcing to the final offer.
You will:
Responsible for a full cycle of recruitment;
Organizing the whole hiring process (requirements gathering / preliminary interview / technical and final interview);
Advertising vacancies on the company website/external job boards/social media;
Communication with the Hiring Manager;
Searching for qualified candidates according to position requirements using different sourcing methods (boolean search, x-ray);
Communication with potential candidates through searching and expanding networking;
Maintaining and expansion of CRM;
Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement;
Focused on achieving company goals.
Now if you have:
At least 4 years of experience in similar position;
Experience with sourcing techniques and extensions;
Proficient in the use of social media and job boards;
Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles;
Ability to close position Middle/Senior level;
Skill to conduct HR Interviews using such methods as STAR or case interviews;
Creativity and fresh thinking;
Excellent communication skills;
High level of self-organization, responsibility;
Time management skill;
Upper-Intermediate English level.
Stages of communication:
45-minute call with the Recruitment Lead
1-hour general conversation with the Head of the HR Team
