About the Role:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner role goes beyond hands-on recruitment. You will actively participate in implementing global Talent Acquisition initiatives across all geographically distributed offices, applying best practices in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Own and deliver end-to-end recruitment across Teltonika IoT Group - from workforce planning and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding handover.
  • Lead and execute senior-level recruitment in close partnership with top management
  • Act as a strategic Talent Acquisition partner to hiring managers, providing expert guidance on market insights, role definition, hiring strategies, and selection decisions.
  • Contribute to and help shape global Talent Acquisition strategies and development initiatives across remote and international offices.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, hiring risks, and workforce trends, using data-driven insights.
  • Ensure a consistent, professional, and engaging candidate experience, aligned with our employer value proposition and global standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the International Talent Acquisition team to ensure alignment with global policies, compliance, and governance.
  • Conduct analyses related to staffing needs, recruitment metrics, sourcing channels, competencies, training requirements, and process implementation.

 

We Believe that you:

  • Have solid experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or in a similar role, working in an international environment.
  • Possess a strong understanding of best-in-class Talent Acquisition practices.
  • Have proven experience handling objections and influencing stakeholders at various management levels, including senior leadership.
  • Bring strong project management capabilities with a business-oriented mindset.
  • Are an excellent communicator with full professional proficiency in English and Lithuanian. 
  • Proactively identify and solve Talent Acquisition challenges.
  • Have experience partnering with leaders, managing priorities, and working in complex organizational structures.
  • Are comfortable and effective working with remote, cross-functional, and matrix teams.

 

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 22 Eur/h up to 32 Eur/h (~3700 Eur - 5400 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxe.
